Ha... not really... we're still residents! But last night Rudy talked with CoxHealth in Springfield about a position with them.

He said it sounded really good when he got off the phone and was really positive about possibly signing there. He wants to visit in person on his vacation in May and if it goes well they'll start negotiations on a contract.

He's got me so excited that we may be living closer to home!! Last night he said that since I've moved twice to be with him it was only fair that I have more say in where we move next! Awwww... I take back all the mean (ok, most) things I thought about him while I was in labor!

So if you are in, near, around, or in the mood to drive to- Springfield, MO around the third week in May give us a holler... 'cause we might be that way... (no poetry intended!)

Happy News, Sad News

Yay! Our very good friends Maggie and Brad (and little Miss Caroline, of course) are expecting number 2! Maggie- you are such a good Mama, I bet the little things that threw me for a loop don't even phase you! But if I can ever help let me know!

I also know two couples who are going through some very hard and stressfull times... I'm not going to drag it all out here, you know who you are, and you are in my prayers. We love you and know you can make it through!

And on that note... can I just say that I am incredibly jealous of all of Rudy's med school classmates that are DONE this year? They're all signing contracts and buying new houses...

Of course... then I look at people like Tyler and Ian who will probably NEVER be done, and I'm ok with Med/Peds!

Once again, it was time for Clements Photography (ClementsPhotography.net) to visit the daycare... and once again the prices were outrageous! They're good pictures, but I'm not sure they are THAT good! :-P
