I still need to move the guest bed into the empty corner (the office is going to be an honest to goodness office!)
But here's what I did:
1. Painted the walls a celery color- $15
2. Repurposed the old changing table to a buffet type table in the living room (it's holding tons of plants now so you can barely tell it used to be a changing table)- $0
3. Bought white open frames to showcase school artwork- $7 (Walmart!)
4. Butterflies and Dragonflies from the garden section of HobbyLobby- $12
5. The ribbon that is going across the one wall is also from that garden section (it has bees on it) spray paint el cheapo laundry clips and you have an instant art hanger!- $4
6. Cork board tiles spray painted in two different colors- $20
7. Those UBER cute toille pictures on the wall are my brag-finds at Hobby Lobby today- $4 each!
8. "Family Tree" made from burlap, miscellaneous frames hold family members pictures in it so that the kids will know them even though we live a long ways away- $6 fabric, $8 frames
